Tom Edwards Fan Club Membership Terms and Conditions

Welcome to the official Tom Edwards Fan Club! By signing up for a membership, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully:

1. Membership Duration & Renewal

  • Membership Validity: Memberships are valid for a period of 12 months from the date of sign-up.
  • Renewal: Memberships will not automatically renew. Members will need to sign up again after 12 months if they wish to continue their membership.

2. No Refunds Policy

  • No Refunds: All membership fees are non-refundable. Once payment is made, there will be no refunds issued under any circumstances.

3. Merchandise & Alternative Items

  • Merchandise Availability: In the event that any merchandise included in the membership package is out of stock, it will be replaced with an alternative item of equal or greater value.
  • Shipping: All merchandise will be shipped starting from early February of the membership year. Shipping times may vary based on location. Free shipping is included on all domestic orders, members joining outside of Australia will be required to pay an additional $15AUD for shipping. 

4. WorldSBK Tickets & Pit Box Tours

  • Ticket Requests: Memberships that include tickets to WorldSBK races require at least 4 weeks’ notice prior to the race date. Tickets are subject to availability and will be provided based on the member’s requested race dates.
  • Pit Box Tours: Pit box tours are available only at races where Tom Edwards will be competing. Tour availability is subject to Tom's race schedule.

5. Monthly Giveaways

  • Giveaway Commencement: Monthly giveaways will begin in January 2025. All active members are automatically entered into the giveaway.
  • Prize Exemption: Members who win a monthly prize will be exempt from entry in the following month’s giveaway.
  • Eligibility: To be eligible for monthly giveaways, members must maintain active membership status.

6. Helmet Giveaway (2025)

  • Giveaway Draw: The 2025 helmet giveaway will take place in October 2025 and will include all members who have signed up within the previous 12 months.
  • Eligibility: Only members who are actively enrolled in the fan club as of the draw date will be eligible for the helmet giveaway.

7. Copyright & Content Sharing

  • Copyrighted Content: All content, including but not limited to photos, videos, interviews, and other media, shared within the fan club is copyrighted material owned by Tom Edwards or its licensors.
  • No Sharing of Content: Members are prohibited from sharing or distributing any fan club content outside of the membership area (including on social media or other platforms). Members found in violation of this policy may have their membership revoked without refund.

8. Member Conduct

  • Respectful Behaviour: Members are expected to behave in a respectful and positive manner towards others in the fan club community. Disrespectful conduct, harassment, or any form of inappropriate behaviour will not be tolerated.
  • Membership Cancellation: Failure to adhere to the community guidelines may result in the cancellation of membership without refund.

9. Liability & Limitation

  • Liability Disclaimer: Tom Edwards, the fan club, and its affiliated entities are not responsible for any injury, loss, or damage arising from membership, events, giveaways, merchandise, or any other aspects related to the fan club.
  • Event Cancellations: In the event that any event, including but not limited to WorldSBK races, is canceled or rescheduled, the fan club is not responsible for any costs incurred by members, including travel or accommodation.

10. Changes to Terms & Conditions

  • Modifications: The Tom Edwards Fan Club reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Members will be notified of any material changes, and continued membership after such changes will be considered as acceptance of the updated terms.

11. Governing Law

  • These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New South Wales, Australia and any disputes will be resolved in the courts located within New South Wales, Australia .
