Welcome to the Tom Edwards Racing Sponsor Raffle for 2024! We are excited to offer a grand prize of a trip for 2 people to Europe to attend a World Superbikes round valued at up to $15,000 or $10,000 cash if you’d rather stay home.
This Tom Edwards Racing Promotion is offered subject to the terms and conditions set out below “Terms and Conditions”.
1. Who can enter?
1.1 Entry is only available to Australian residents aged 18 years or older. Employees, and contractors of Tom Edwards Racing or the agencies or companies associated with this Promotion are ineligible.
1.2 By entering the Prize Draw you are accepting these terms and conditions (the “Terms and Conditions”). These Terms and Conditions shall be effective for all entries into the Prize Draw and shall supersede and extinguish any other terms and conditions relating to the Prize Draw.
2. How to Enter
2.1 Participation in this prize draw requires the purchase of a sponsorship package for 2024. The cost of an entry ticket is $1600, which includes 2 tickets to the 2024 Season Launch.
2.2 Subsequent entries into the raffle only may be purchased for $1000. Additional Tickets to attend the 2024 Season Launch can be purchased for $350 per person.
2.3 All tickets may be tax deductible, please check with your tax agent first.
2.4 Tickets can be be purchased via Eventbrite or by contacting admin@tomedwardsracing.com
2.5 You must provide accurate and complete information during the registration process, including your name, business name (if applicable), email address, and contact telephone number.
3. Competition Details
3.1 The raffle will run from December 1, 2023, and ticket sales will cease on February 16, 2024. The winners will be randomly selected at the 2024 Season Launch on February 16, 2024, at venue to be determine.
3.2 Ticket holders will be given a card with their business name to enter into the barrel on the night. For those who can't attend, a ticket will be placed in the barrel for you.
3.4 winners will have until March 30 to advise which prize they would like, be it the trip to Europe or $10,000. If the winner chooses to take the trip to Europe, they also have until 30 March to advise which WorldSBK round they would like to attend.
3.5 The prize cannot be exchanged for cash or other goods or services unless otherwise specified. The winner is responsible for all taxes and fees associated with the prize. We reserve the right to substitute the prize with another of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable.
3.6 In entering the Prize Draw, participants confirm that they are eligible to do so. The Promoter may require you to provide proof that you are eligible to enter the Prize Draw.
3.7 By participating in this raffle, you acknowledge that this raffle is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with any third-party entity, including but not limited to World Superbikes, Dorna, Airlines etc. You also release us from any and all liability related to this raffle.
3.8 All prices are in AUD unless otherwise specified

5. Prize Inclusions:

This prize includes:
- 2 x return economy airfare tickets for 2 departing SYD or MEL
- 5 nights accommodation valued at up to $1000
- 2 x admissions to selected WorldSBK round
- 2 x WorldSBK event hospitality with food and drinks included
- 2 x tickets for the pit lane walk
- 2 x signed T-shirts from the 2024 Tom Edwards Racing merchandise
- Guided pit box tour by Tom Edwards (subject to team approval)

the Prize listed in Paragraph 5 above consists of the Prize only and does not include any associated costs or expenses including additional travel expenses, insurance, the cost of transfers to and from airports, stations, ports, race track or accommodation, hire car, food and drink, spending money, medical or personal expenses. Any other costs incurred in addition to those set out above and that are incidental to the fulfilment of the Prize are the responsibility of the winner. The Promoter is not responsible for an date changes or cancelations made by any airlines, accomodation, events etc. In the unlikely event that the event is cancelled, the Promoter will act in good faith to arrange an alternative where possible however, will not be responsible for any fees associated with the change.
7. Cash Option
7.1 Winners may choose the option of receiving $10,000 cash if they do not wish to travel.
7.2 The cash will be deposited into the selected bank account of the winner. The winner is responsible for all taxes and fees associated with the prize.
